The department has implemented an elective program that coordinates undergraduate and postgraduate electives through a centralized individual. This allows for a more uniform and efficient process for both learners and faculty members. With the increasing number of undergraduate students in core obstetrics and gynecology clerkship rotations, and increased demand on faculty members, the centralization of electives in obstetrics and gynecology has maximized faculty availability for both core rotations and electives.
